In the stillness of dawn, where shadows stretch like weary hands across the earth,

I whisper a vow that neither time nor trial can shatter: I will still trust in God, no matter what.

My heart, bruised by the storms of life, finds refuge in a faith that refuses to yield, even when the winds howl and the sky falls silent.

There are days when the road ahead is a graveyard of broken dreams,

Where every step is a negotiation between hope and despair.

Yet, in the midst of this barren landscape,

I hear a voice—not loud, not fierce, but gentle, like a mother’s lullaby that soothes a child to sleep.

It says, “Hold on. The night is long, but dawn is certain.”

And so, I cling to that promise, like a sailor lost at sea clutching the mast, trusting in a harbor unseen but deeply believed.

My trust is not blind; it is a trust forged in the fires of doubt,

Where questions raged like a tempest, demanding answers that never came.

But even in the silence, when prayers seemed to fall on deaf heavens,

I learned to listen for the quiet assurance that comes in the waiting.

It is a trust that has walked through the valley of grief,

Where tears were the only prayer I could muster, and yet, somehow, I knew He wept with me.

When life took everything, and my hands were left empty, I discovered the strength in surrender.

For it is in our nothingness that His fullness is revealed;

When the weight of the world bends us low,

We find that we are carried, not by our own strength, but by His.

And so, in every loss, I found a gain—a deeper understanding that His plans, though hidden, are perfect, and His timing, though mysterious, is always right.

In a world where certainty is as fleeting as a summer breeze,

Where promises are as fragile as autumn leaves,

I choose to anchor my soul in the One who never changes.

The seasons may turn, and the earth may quake,

But He remains, the same yesterday, today, and forever.

And that is enough for me to trust, no matter what.

For it is in trusting that we see the invisible, that we hold the intangible, that we hope against hope.

It is a trust that does not depend on the outcome but on the One who holds it all.

So, when the storms come—and they will—I will lift my eyes to the hills,

Where my help comes from, knowing that He who watches over me neither slumbers nor sleeps.

No, life is not easy, and the road is not always clear.

But through every twist and turn, every high and low, I will still trust.

When the sun shines and when it hides behind clouds,

When the harvest is plentiful and when the fields lie barren, I will trust.

And when all is said and done, when I stand at the edge of eternity,

I will look back and see that in every season, in every trial, He was there, guiding me, holding me, loving me.

So, let the winds blow and the storms rage.

Let the world spin in chaos and the ground beneath me tremble.

I will not be moved, for my trust is not in what I see, but in who He is.

And that, my friends, is a trust that no circumstance, no hardship, no loss, can ever take away.
