Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord, We thank you for this new day of life you have given us…another day to know you…another day to be able to pray for those we love and those in need…another day to do something for your kingdom, even if it’s just praying for the lost, the persecuted, for our leaders and our world…

We thank you for your promise to never leave or forsake us… we thank you so much for your great love for us that you were willing to humble yourself and come here to save us…we thank you for all you endured so we could say we have a Savior that knows and understands all that we go through.

We are so thankful that you overcame sin and death and died to set us free.

Thank you, for interceding in prayer for us.

We are so grateful that because of you, we don’t have to be afraid…that there is nothing anyone can do to us that can snatch us from your hand…we thank you for being our peace, shelter, and fortress.

We praise you because you lead us to calm places to restore our souls…we thank you for preparing a place for us where we will live forever in your presence…we are so thankful that we have heaven to look forward to…that there is coming a day when we will be united with you and loved ones who have gone before us and all the trials of this life will fade away in an instant.

We are grateful that even though life is hard, you are good…each breath we take and every beat of our heart is a blessing…we are grateful for each physically and emotionally pain-free day that we have…

We thank you for friends and loved ones who stand beside us… for the shelter and food, you provide…we are grateful to have you as our protector, confidant, advocate, and lover of our souls.

We thank you for your strength that sustains us…for your peace and your comfort… for the moments in life that have made us smile… for the joyful laughter of children and the beauty in this world.

Lord, help us to focus today on all that is good and all that is right…we love you and praise you and ask these things in the name of our Messiah and Savior, Jesus. Amen!

Blessings be upon you, my family and friends!

Prayerfully Yours This Blessed Sunday,

SheriAnn
